Nastavení poštovního klienta pro přístup na M365 (IMAP / POP)

Server pro příchozí poštu je outlook.office365.com
Server pro odchozí poštu je smtp.office365.com

Podporuje protokoly POP3s (995), IMAPs (993) a šifrování SSL/TLS.

Standardní nastavení pro odchozí poštu smtp port 587 (STARTTLS).

Rezervace automobilů

Aplikace pro rezervaci fakultních automobilů

Automobily se rezervují elektronicky na adrese: auta.prf.jcu.cz
Pokud zaměstnanec zruší plánovanou cestu, je třeba rezervaci včas zrušit. Pokud je mimo dosah internetu a potřebuje už provedenou rezervaci změnit, pak požádá H. Sýkorovou.
Rezervace aut na exkurze v rámci výuky má prioritu: nejpozději 14 dnů po začátku každého semestru vyučující nahlásí potřebu auta na exkurze. Pokud by na požadovaný termín auto bylo již rezervováno pro jiné než výukové potřeby, tato rezervace bude zrušena. Případné zrušení rezervace se  postiženému nahlásí.
Děkan/děkanka má prioritní právo na využívání auta Škoda Rapid. To znamená, že v nezbytných případech má právo již provedenou rezervaci zrušit. Případné zrušení rezervace postiženému nahlásí.
Rezervace auta na delší dobu než 8 dní musí být zdůvodněna žadatelem a schválena  děkanem/děkankou.
Auto je třeba před vrácením vyklidit a uvést z hlediska čistoty do stavu, v jakém bylo převzato.
Cena za použití auta pro rok 2022:  4 Kč/km (Yeti, Octavia, Rapid, Karoq), 4 Kč/km (Opel, Renault) a 5Kč/Km (UAZ); (benzín/nafta + amortizace na km)

Protože PřF má pouze omezený počet aut, nedoporučujeme auta blokovat:

  • pouze za účelem dopravy zaměstnance na a ze služební cesty (např. na letiště, na konferenci aj. tím způsobem, že auto stojí po celou dobu služební cesty odstavené na parkovišti), pokud to není zdůvodnitelné, např. přepravou vzorků.
  • na dlouhé časové úseky v případě terénních odběrů, které závisí na počasí a vývojové fázi zájmového organismu. Doporučujeme provést rezervaci až v době, kdy bude možno přesněji odhadnout datum výjezdu. V případě, že nebude volné auto použít soukromé vozidlo.

Společné akce

Dne 7. 12. 2023 se někteří studenti a vyučující Katedry chemie zúčastnili exkurze v analytické laboratoři v českobudějovické pobočce společnosti Bosch. Zajímavý program se sestával nejen z vlastní prohlídky prostor laboratoře fungující dle standardů mezinárodní normy ISO 17025, ale i ze zajímavých prezentací týkajících se specifik práce v regulovaném prostředí nebo využití chemie ve vývoji produktu. Tato exkurze zprostředkovala všem zúčastněným malé okénko do velkého světa reálné praxe v regulované sféře a dále díky zaměstnání či dlouhodobé brigádě 2 našich úspěšných absolventek z Katedry chemie i potvrzení kvalit našich absolventů.
