Setting up email services

If you hawe problem with your credentials try to log in to idm.jcu.cz

If you are able to login you can try again to log in to your M365 account

If you still cannot log in, please contact IT department from a verified email address (it@prf.jcu.cz)

• If you intend to change devices, you need to first deactivate the existing authentication method in your account
• If you have lost access to an activated device, you need to send an email to it@prf.jcu.cz from a verified email address with a request and device name
