About the programme

The Bachelor's degree programme in Biology provides a comprehensive basic education in the entire range of modern biology, supplemented by applied foundations of non-biological disciplines (mathematics, chemistry, earth sciences). Emphasis is placed on understanding interdisciplinary connections. An essential part of the study is the bachelor's thesis (research or experimental type), its public defence and student reports on the course of the bachelor's practice at departmental seminars. Students are offered the opportunity to study English according to their needs.
