About the programme

A graduate of the field of Informatics with a focus on education for secondary schools will acquire professional knowledge of informatics together with basic pedagogical and psychological skills by studying this field. This knowledge and skills will enable him to continue his master's studies, which will prepare him for the profession of secondary school teacher. He can also work in IT training centers or elsewhere in IT.
In the field of informatics, the graduate will get acquainted with programming in Java and other programming languages. He will understand the basic principles of computer networks, databases, and operating systems, as well as the basic concepts of computer science and hardware theory. As a part of his studies, he can test his pedagogical skills during the pedagogical practice thanks to cooperation with leading secondary schools in the region.
